Step-by-step guide for sellers and brokers posting a property on Dubai.
Before you start
Make sure you have: property details (area, beds, baths, square footage), accurate price in AED, at least 5 clear photos, and (for brokers) your trade license uploaded.
Step 1 — Click "Post ad"
From the header, click **Post ad** and choose **Property**.
Step 2 — Choose vertical and category
Select "For sale" or "For rent". Pick the property type (apartment, villa, townhouse, etc.).
Step 3 — Fill in details
Enter title, community/area, building, floor, beds/baths, square footage, price, payment options (e.g., cheque count for rentals).
Step 4 — Upload photos
Upload at least 5 photos. The first becomes your cover. Photos should be your own (or properly licensed) — see our Listing Policy.
Step 5 — Review & publish
Review your listing and click **Publish**. It will go live after a brief automated review.
Tips for higher conversion
- Use natural light in photos.
- Mention nearby amenities and metro stations.
- Reply to messages within a few hours; faster brokers get more leads.
