What the wallet is
A prepaid AED balance attached to your Dubai account. It funds promotions, video-call overage minutes, and other paid features.
How to top up
From **/account**, click **Top up** and choose an amount. Card payments are processed by our payment partner.
VAT and tax invoices
All top-ups include UAE VAT at 5%. You receive a tax invoice with TRN; access from /account/invoices/<txn-id>.
Refunds
Generally non-refundable; exceptions for system fault. See our [Refund Policy](/policies/refund).
