We strive for fairness
Account restrictions are not taken lightly. We use a graduated approach: warnings → content removal → temporary suspension → permanent ban.
Why it can happen
Violations of our Terms, AUP, or applicable UAE law. Repeat infringers of IP rights may also be permanently terminated.
How to appeal
If you believe a decision was wrong, submit an appeal at /account/appeal. Be specific about what decision you are appealing and why.
Response time
We aim to respond to appeals within 7 business days.
What we look at
The original report, the content/behavior at issue, your account history, and any new information you provide in your appeal.
