How to verify your broker license (RERA / DED)

Get the Licensed badge by uploading and verifying your trade license.
What you need
- A clear scan or photo of your **trade license** issued by Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or the relevant emirate authority.
- For property brokers: your **RERA registration**.
- The license must be valid (not expired) and match your account name.
Step 1 — Go to /account
From the account dashboard, find the **License Upload** card.
Step 2 — Upload PDF or image
Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. Max 10MB.
Step 3 — Wait for review
Our team reviews uploads within one business day. We may contact you for clarification.
After approval
A **Licensed** badge appears on your profile and on every listing. Verified brokers also receive higher search ranking.
Troubleshooting
If your upload is rejected, check: expiry date, name match, image clarity. You can re-upload anytime.
