TruCheck listing verification
TruCheck is our DLD-integrated verification for property listings. When a listing is TruCheck-verified, our team has (1) confirmed the broker holds a valid trade license against the DLD registry, (2) matched the listing's Ejari or DLD reference to a real, active permit, (3) reviewed the media and price for accuracy, and (4) issued the TruCheck badge, which remains valid until the underlying permit changes.
How agents become verified
Every agent on Dubai completes the same four-step verification before their profile shows the license and verified badges.
- Provide a RERA / DLD broker registration number.
- Upload the agency's trade license and Emirates ID for cross-check.
- Complete a live onboarding call with our verification team.
- Receive the verified badge, which appears on the profile and all future listings.
- Licensed
- The broker has uploaded a current trade license (e.g., RERA) and the Dubai team has reviewed it. The license badge appears on the profile and on listing cards.
- Verified
- An additional review for brokers and agencies, including responsiveness, listing accuracy, and absence of substantiated reports for 90 days.
- Phone-verified
- The user has confirmed their phone number via SMS. Required for some buyer actions like initiating video calls.
- Premium tier
- Brokers on PRO or ELITE subscriptions display a premium badge indicating they have committed to the platform.
- Identity (KYC) — coming soon
- Optional Emirates ID or passport verification will be available for buyers who want a trust signal in their bids and messages.
