Wallet top-ups
Generally non-refundable per UAE Consumer Protection Law. Exception: technical fault preventing use; request within 30 days to billing@dubai.ae.
Promotions
Non-refundable once your promoted listing has appeared in promoted positions.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time; takes effect at end of current period. No proration.
Video minutes
Non-refundable. If translation fails during a call, the affected minutes are auto-discounted by 60%.
Statutory rights
Your rights under UAE law (Consumer Protection Law 15/2020) are not affected by this summary.
