Step 2 — Write a clear role description
Include: job title, key responsibilities (3-7 bullet points), required experience, qualifications, languages, salary range (encouraged), work permit/visa expectations.
Step 3 — Choose categorization
Select industry, employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, internship), and location (city + remote/hybrid status).
Step 4 — Equal opportunity language
Dubai prohibits discriminatory job postings (race, religion, gender, nationality except where required by UAE law). Use neutral language.
