How buyers and brokers can have natural conversations across languages.
How it works
From any conversation in /messages, click the **Video call** button (available when the broker has a PRO or ELITE plan). A second-by-second meter starts when the call connects.
Translation
If you and the other party speak different languages, our AI translator speaks for you. Original audio is dimmed; the AI voice plays. Captions appear at the bottom for transparency.
Privacy
Audio is not recorded by default. Translation transcripts are discarded after the call ends.

Billed to the broker's account. See [Subscription tiers](/help/subscription-tiers).
Limits
60-minute hard cap per call. 30 seconds of silence auto-ends a call. If translation fails, billing is automatically discounted 60%.
